3 METHODS TO INCREASE YOUR FIBER INTAKE EFFORTLESSLY
INTRO
We all know that fiber from greens is vital for our health, including meat sources for a carnivore diet.
But incorporating it into our daily routine can be challenging for two reasons:
The options around us offer more carbs, protein, and fats as a priority.
Most greens taste bland, like ordering a salad bowl.
So, here's how you can effortlessly include fiber in your diet regularly:
METHODS
Method 1: Grocery for greens only.
If you eat out most of the time, consider buying greens when you go to the grocery store.
You're more likely to get enough carbs, protein, and fats from dining out, but not enough greens.
Before eating out, have a palm-sized salad as a base for your stomach.
This saves you money compared to ordering a bland salad from a restaurant, and it hits your fiber intake.
Method 2: Snack on greens.
See your snacking as a focus on fiber.
If you're a nut person, opt for high-fiber nuts like almonds.
Snack on Greens: Cucumber sticks, celery sticks, carrots, capsicum, broccoli, spinach.
Make it more enjoyable by dipping them in hummus, peanut butter, or applesauce. (Note: Sugar-free is better, and the palm oil-free version is preferable.)

Method 3: Drinks with greens.
Instead of ordering a protein smoothie or shake, opt for a green smoothie.
This way, you can fulfill your fiber intake and focus on protein/carbs from the food you pair it with.
It might taste boring to you, but most of the time, restaurants serve excellent green beverages.
They have a formula for pairing greens with spices or natural sugars, to want you to re-order.
WHY IT WORKS?
We're already well-trained in getting protein, carbs, and fats intake, but fiber is often left out.
