What’s it about?

With us, we permanently change your eating and sleeping habits so that you permanently feel better, fitter and healthier (and probably look healthier too).

You will receive personal feedback on your meals every day during the challenge , as well as extensive knowledge on how to improve your diet , so you can sustainably improve your eating habits over the 60 days by understanding the “why” behind it.

The basis of the challenge is commitment, community and coaching. In addition, we follow a Pareto approach and habit stacking. We look at four areas: nutrition, sleep, stress management and alcohol habits.

The magic comes from daily food tracking: you record exactly what you eat and you receive feedback and tips. This way you can improve by 1% from meal to meal. This is much more sustainable than changing your diet alone and too quickly. It works much better this way! We use a special food tracking app for this.

We implement a simple but effective routine and use the power of community to see it through. The goal is a significant and lasting increase in satisfaction, energy levels and mobility.

Many people set a goal but cannot achieve it on their own. The joint challenge offers several advantages: commitment from the community , a concrete implementation plan for every single day and a trainer who will support you with questions and challenges.

Our challenge works with the three “C’s” of commitment, community and coaching. We take an 80/20 Pareto approach and focus on the things that have the greatest impact. We also practice careful “habit stacking” – this means that we change your habits so that they are and remain sustainable.

We base our nutrition on scientific findings and work based on studies and evidence. It's not about prescribing a certain diet, but rather to sensitize you, inform you and encourage and support improvements so that you can find your own nutritional path.

The power of community.

Kick-off date

At the beginning of the 60 days there is a detailed kick-of call.
Here the structure of the challenge is explained again and the necessary tools and tasks are discussed. We recommend a “body check” in the first month, in which your BMI and body fat percentage are measured and your basal metabolic rate is determined.

You will receive the documents for the challenge, such as the food and exercise diary. You will also get to know the other participants better here in the kick-of call. After all, we are a team that will communicate with each other every day for over 2 months.

Daily contact

In order to be able to successfully implement the changes over the 2 months, daily support is important. This takes place as follows: You will receive an email from us every morning with important information.

You also send us a photo of your meals every day and receive personal feedback and suggestions for improving a meal on the same day. You heard that right! Daily feedback from a real person 😉

In addition, there is a short check-in (via chat/audio) every morning after completing the sports routine.

Weekly hangouts

There will be a 30-minute video hangout every Saturday. This call is intended to check in, impart knowledge and discuss habit hacks. Every week we focus on a different topic such as; Are carbohydrates bad? What about protein and fat? What should I eat and how much of when?

On the other hand, this call serves to exchange ideas about challenges and difficulties such as; What worked well and what didn't? How can you overcome difficulties?

We will also release new levels of the challenge every few weeks and discuss them in the first hangout of the section.

What happens after 2 months?

The goal is that the behavior patterns that we implement in the challenge become the norm after the challenge and you just keep doing it. So we don’t just “challenge” ourselves with the changes during the two months. It's actually about a lasting change , which is accompanied intensively in the first two months.


It usually takes 4-5 weeks for habits to slowly become established. So 2 months is ideal. In order not to leave each other out in the cold afterwards, we will stay in touch beyond this time. For this purpose, it is possible to continue using the UY Forum and the UY communication channels.
